About Us

B & B Marina and Campground is a full service Marina located on the Hiwassee River
at mile marker 12.9. (Map) Facilities include nearly 100 wet slips of varying size with
the ability to accommodate boats as large as 80 feet. In addition, with our large dry
storage building we are able to accommodate an additional 25 to 40 boats and
personal water craft with closed in storage perfect for both seasonal boat usage and
winter boat storage. These facilities are available on a daily, weekly, monthly, annual
rental basis.

Full Hook Up RV Campground is comprised of seven sites capable of comfortably
holding up to 50 foot RV's and Trailers. Once again, these facilities are available on a
daily, weekly, monthly, annual rental basis.

B & B Marina and Campground now houses two full eating establishments. These
include Paradise Pointe Bar and Grill, a full service open air pavilion with a fantastic
view overlooking the Hiwassee River, and Paradise Pointe Restaurant, an indoor
upscale restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner year round. As such, boaters
and RV customers have a comfortable atmosphere in which to dine in or take out
from one of the finest menu's in the area.

The marina convenience store stocks a variety of snacks, soft drinks, beer, tobacco
products, bait, boating supplies, and personal need products as well.
